WHAT IS AN ALUM BLOCK?

The alum block is your go-to tool for soothing and toning the skin after shaving. Simply wet the block with a little water and gently rub it over your face following your shave. HOW DO I USE THE BRUSH?

Getting the most out of your brush takes about 60 seconds to learn:

  1. Soak the brush in warm water for a few seconds — ring out any excess so the lather doesn't come out too thin
  2. Load the brush by swirling it over your shave soap for 15–30 seconds
  3. Build lather using circular motions on your face or in a bowl, adding small amounts of water to adjust consistency
  4. Apply to your face in circular motions for an even coat before shaving
